Manufacturing Internship

Description

The High School Intern will participate in a structured rotation program, gaining hands-on experience and shadowing opportunities across all major departments: Quality, Finishing, Operations, and Engineering. This role is designed to help students explore career interests, understand how different departments work together, and develop basic technical and professional skills.

Responsibilities

• Rotate through multiple departments, shadowing experienced employees.

• Assist with simple, supervised tasks to gain exposure to equipment, processes, and tools.

• Learn the basics of workplace safety and manufacturing best practices.

• Participate in training sessions, workshops, and team activities.

• Complete a reflection or project summarizing internship learnings and career interests.

• Maintain professionalism, punctuality, and a positive attitude throughout the program.

Qualifications

• Currently enrolled in high school (Junior or Senior preferred).

• Strong interest in learning about manufacturing, engineering, or related careers.

• Reliable attendance and willingness to commit to the full program schedule.

• Positive attitude, curiosity, and strong communication skills.
