Description
This is an excellent role for someone who is personable, organized, and enjoys both conversation and administrative work.
Responsibilities
- Organize and prioritize current agency leads within the CRM.
- Add, clean, and update lead information to ensure accuracy.
- Place leads into appropriate drip campaigns/workflows for ongoing nurturing.
- Track lead activity, status changes, and next steps.
- Contact warm leads to assess interest in quotes or insurance reviews.
- Re-engage older leads to determine current needs or opportunities.
- Provide a professional first impression and gather relevant info for agents.
- Maintain consistent follow-up using agency scripts and guidelines.
- Schedule appointments, review quotes, conduct policy checkups, and handle call-backs for licensed agents.
- Confirm customer availability and ensure smooth handoff to the sales team.
- Track appointments and follow-through to support the sales pipeline.
Qualifications
- Previous experience in customer service, telemarketing, admin support, or lead management preferred.
- Strong communication and people skills — confident and friendly phone presence.
- Highly organized with strong attention to detail.
- Comfortable learning and using CRM systems.
- Able to work independently and stay consistent with follow-up tasks.
- Part-time: 10–20 hours per week with flexible scheduling.
- Hourly pay with bonus opportunities for completed appointments or productivity goals.
- Bonus opportunities for agency growth & retention goals achieved.
- An on-site or hybrid schedule is possible, depending on agency needs.
