Accounting Intern 2026 Summer
Description
Located in Carmel, we are a boutique CPA firm providing tax and consulting services, offering a collaborative, team-focused culture, and delivering personalized solutions to a diverse range of clients. Our internship offers students exposure to real-world scenarios while working alongside experienced accounting professionals. These well-rounded and guided opportunities will expose you to a variety of principles, projects, and demands in the accounting profession, such as analyzing financial statements for tax compliance (including the preparation of individual and business tax returns), assistance with client tax-planning and analysis of various strategies for future tax liabilities, preparation of in-house presentations on legislative changes, and participation in organized educational training sessions to broaden the understanding of tax and advisory services.
What makes our internship program unique is the dual-support structure: you’ll learn directly from experienced partners while also receiving day-to-day guidance from staff accountants, our in-house mentors, and buddies. Additionally, interns will join our CPAs for client meetings, attend social events hosted by the firm, and participate in our summer lunch-and-learn sessions. As a result, you’ll learn how to build professional relationships, cultivate trust, and share knowledge.
We believe that providing real-world insights and project-based engagements will not only enhance your educational knowledge but will also give you invaluable experience to hone your skills of critical thinking, written and oral communication, collaboration, and problem-solving. Our goals are simple—to foster personal growth and support long-term career development.
