In this Internship you will get exposure to our various departments within the facility outside of the shop floor. This will include Operations Management, Supply Chain, Finance, IT, and Human Resources to broaden the interns horizon what manufacturing really is. These exposure sessions will include time with the leader of function to describe how that department impacts the organization.

 

Responsibilities

As an Entry-Level Manufacturing Associate, you’ll play a vital role in our operations, including:

• Operating and maintaining manufacturing equipment such as washers, thermal deburr machines, or assembly equipment.
• Assisting with assembly, inspection, and quality assurance.
• Following detailed work instructions to ensure precision and accuracy.
• Collaborating with team members to meet production goals.
• Keeping your workspace organized and safe.
• You will also learn more about business processes and various departments within the manufacturing environment for a broader understanding of the support functions that drive business results.

Education and Experience:

• No prior experience required.
• In Progress to earn a high school diploma, or equivalent.
