Habitat for Humanity of Northwest Indiana is a 501c3 charitable organization that helps stabilize struggling, working families through affordable homeownership. We believe affordable housing plays a critical role in strong and stable families and communities. Our mission is to bring people together to build homes, communities, and hope.

Responsibilities
Create mission impact video interviewing partner families, volunteers, and supporters
Writes and designs communications for website, social media, and internet marketing. Maintains and reviews all communications for branding and consistency. Engage and grow each social media community.
Create and update marketing materials and documents in support of fundraising, donor stewardship, and programs.
Execute and update communications calendar.
Drafts press releases, media advisory, and other communications.
Monitors earned media coverage.
Qualifications
Pursuing degree in Communication, Storytelling, English, Marketing or any field related to role responsibilities
Prefer junior or senior, but will consider other class levels
An interest in not-for-profit work and marketing
Excellent oral, written, and communication/presentation skills
