Family Experience Liaison & Marketing Intern

iibada Dance Company is looking to better the customer service experience from the family perspective. This intern will fill the role of Family Experience Liasion and also work as a marketing intern. This internship will be pivotal in establishing and achieving deliverables for our families' customer service experience. This role will also help fulfill IDC's growing need for program based marketing. 

Responsibilities

Our Family Experience Liaision Marketing Intern will be responsible for increasing internal and external communication and awareness for families served. 

• Build IDC program awareness through our various media outlets (Social Media)
• Assist in establishing class, workshop, and event coverage
• Establish rapport with families and students by being present during operations
• Assist with developing and distributing pre and post surveys for camps and shows
• Collaborate with IDC leadership members regarding observations, survey results, and feedback 

 

Qualifications

• Must be reliable, consistent, and self motivated
• Experience in social media management 
• Good written and oral communication skills
• Positive attitude and willingness to learn
• Willingness to try innovative marketing strategies
• Excellent time management, ability to manage at least two projects simultaneously
