CYM Living is a growing multifamily property management company focused on providing quality housing and exceptional resident experiences. Our Leasing & Marketing Internship through the Carmel High School Internship Program offers students hands-on exposure to sales, marketing, and day-to-day business operations in a professional office setting.
Interns will work directly with on-site Leasing Professionals and Property Managers, receiving daily guidance, shadowing opportunities, and real-time feedback. Training will include sales fundamentals, customer service techniques, and an introduction to property management systems and marketing strategies.

Responsibilities
Interns will be actively involved in the leasing and marketing process, with a focus on customer interaction and sales exposure.
- Assist with apartment tours and learn how to present features and benefits to prospects
- Support lead management by responding to inquiries (phone, email, online)
- Shadow leasing team members during the sales process, including follow-ups and closing techniques
- Help plan and execute resident events and community engagement activities
- Assist with social media content and marketing initiatives
- Track traffic, appointments, and leasing activity for reporting purposes
