MedRep Delivery On Demand is seeking a motivated and professional Marketing & Growth Strategist Intern to help support the company’s brand exposure, relationship development, and business growth initiatives within the healthcare logistics industry.

This internship is designed for an individual looking to gain real-world experience in marketing, business development, entrepreneurship, healthcare operations, and startup growth strategy. The intern will work directly with company leadership and assist with building market awareness, strengthening client relationships, identifying growth opportunities, and supporting strategic initiatives.

This is a hands-on opportunity to learn how a growing healthcare logistics company operates while contributing to meaningful projects that directly impact business growth and visibility.

Responsibilities

• Assist with increasing brand awareness and market exposure for MedRep Delivery On Demand
• Support social media, digital marketing, and online visibility initiatives
• Help research and identify potential business opportunities, partnerships, and healthcare contacts
• Assist with relationship outreach to healthcare providers, medical offices, medical sales representatives, and strategic partners
• Support networking and community engagement initiatives
• Help monitor competitor activity and healthcare market trends
• Assist leadership with marketing ideas, growth strategies, and business development projects
• Participate in brainstorming sessions involving technology, AI tools, customer experience, and operational growth
• Support client communication and relationship management efforts
• Assist with creating marketing materials, presentations, and promotional content
• Help strengthen customer engagement and retention initiatives
• Perform additional growth and operational support tasks as needed in a startup environment
