Description
White Rabbit Wraps is a creative branding company specializing in vehicle wraps, fleet graphics, wall and window graphics, and custom visual projects. We work with businesses and individuals to bring ideas to life through design, printing, and installation.
Our work-based learning program is designed to give learners real, hands-on experience inside a growing business. Learners will work closely with our team on customer communication, marketing, project coordination, branding, and day-to-day operations. They’ll have the chance to see how projects move from idea to completion while learning in a supportive, team-oriented environment.
The learner will receive guidance and mentorship from company leadership and experienced team members throughout the program. Our goal is to help them build confidence, communication skills, professionalism, and a better understanding of how a creative business operates in the real world.
Responsibilities
The learner will work on real projects that help them better understand how a creative business operates day to day. This may include helping with social media content, taking photos or videos of projects, supporting customer communication, assisting with branding and marketing ideas, helping coordinate projects, and learning how jobs move from design to production and installation.
They’ll also have opportunities to sit in on team discussions, contribute ideas, research trends, and support active client projects alongside the team. The goal is to give the learner meaningful, hands-on experience and exposure to real business operations in a creative and collaborative environment, rather than simply assigning routine office tasks.
Qualifications
We’re looking for someone who is creative, motivated, dependable, and excited to learn. No professional experience is required. This opportunity is built for students or emerging professionals who want real-world exposure to branding, marketing, creative projects, and business operations.
The ideal learner is a strong communicator, detail-oriented, team-focused, and comfortable bringing ideas to the table. Interest in social media, design, content creation, or branding is a plus, but curiosity, energy, and willingness to learn matter most.
Learning Objectives
This experience is designed to give learners real-world exposure to branding, marketing, customer experience, and creative business operations. Learners will build communication, collaboration, and problem-solving skills while contributing to active projects and team initiatives.
They’ll also gain experience working with both local and international team members, providing valuable exposure to collaboration in a modern, fast-moving business environment.
