Responsibilities

• The ability to work with others in a team setting
• The ability to interact in a positive way with students and teach whole group and small lessons
• The patience to work with special education students with both academic and behavior challenges
• A desire to learn effective teaching practices and to implement those in small group instruction
• Technology skills including basic navigation of a Chromebook or iPad
• Excellent communication skills
• The desire to grow professionally and help Eastern Hancock Elementary School be the best it can be
• Must maintain confidentiality about students, families and staff 
• Maintain positive school culture

Qualifications

Candidate should be a high school student in the Education Professionals Pathway with the desire to learn and be part of an educational team with the goal of student growth.
