This position is a registered apprenticeship and will meet all the criteria required by the Department of Labor.

Responsibilities

1. Assist maintenance technicians with routine inspections, preventive maintenance, and basic repairs on manufacturing equipment and facility systems.
2. Help troubleshoot mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, and pneumatic equipment issues under the supervision of experienced maintenance staff.
3. Maintain accurate maintenance records, work orders, and equipment service logs to support operational efficiency.
4. Follow all safety procedures and participate in maintaining a clean, organized, and safe work environment.

Qualifications

1. Currently enrolled in high school with an interest in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related fields.
2. Strong verbal and written communication skills with the ability to interact professionally with staff and visitors.
3. Basic computer proficiency, including Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, and Outlook) or Google Workspace applications.
4. Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to maintain confidentiality when handling employee and company information.
