This position is a registered apprenticeship and will meet all the criteria required by the Department of Labor.

Responsibilities

As a Marketing Associate, you’ll help promote the company’s products, people, and brand by assisting with creative projects and communications. You’ll support the marketing team in developing content, researching trends, and helping the company connect with customers through social media, email, and other platforms.

Tasks include:

1. Create and schedule social media posts that highlight company products, updates, and achievements.
2. Help design and edit marketing materials like flyers, presentations, and digital ads.
3. Assist with email marketing campaigns, tracking results and learning how to report performance.
4. Conduct basic market research and competitor analysis to support new ideas and strategies.
5. Learn and use marketing tools like CRM systems, analytics dashboards, and design software.
6. Support company events, trade shows, and internal communications projects.
7. Work with different teams, including sales and production, to gather stories, photos, and updates for marketing use.

Qualifications

Team member should be coachable, cooperative, dependable, flexible, and a problem solver. A hands-on learner would be suitable for this role, as well as someone who is creative, detail-oriented, and interested in marketing, communications, and digital media.
