The Play Schools are a private, family-owned and operated small business specializing in the best EARLY CHILDHOOD EDUCATION in Carmel and Fishers, IN. We are rewarding, fun, collaborative and our goal is to find caring, professional individuals with Early Childhood, Elementary Education, or Child Development backgrounds to teach in our curriculum-based, state-licensed preschools in Fishers and Carmel, Indiana.

The ideal candidate will have a passion for teaching young children and be able to create a safe, nurturing, and stimulating environment that encourages learning and development. The successful candidate will be responsible for planning and implementing age-appropriate activities, providing guidance and support to students, and engaging in meaningful conversations with parents.

Responsibilities

Assist children with social/emotional needs to offer smaller group attention.

1. Develop and implement age-appropriate activities for children.
2. Maintain a safe and healthy classroom environment.
3. Observe and assess children's development and progress.
4. Create a positive learning environment that encourages exploration and creativity.
5. Communicate with parents about their child's progress.
6. Ensure compliance with all state and local regulations and standards.
