Project Management Internship

Ruoff Mortgage is looking for a Project Management intern. This position will assist the Project Management Office (PMO) Team with various projects for the company-wide Ruoff team. This position is located on site, at our Corporate Headquarters in Fort Wayne, Indiana.

Responsibilities

  • Assist PMO team with the creation and development of project management process that are part of the project management office.
  • Help document project lessons learned.
  • Participate in the updating of templates, process and procedure to eliminate problems identified in lesson learned.
  • Assist in documenting and gathering historical information when a project is completed.
  • Assist in helping to collect status on current projects.
  • Maintains a professional image and standards consistent with company policies and procedures.
  • Responsible for a high level of confidentiality and security while handing personal information; verbal and/or written documentation
  • Perform other tasks as requested.

Qualifications

  • Must be working towards Bachelor’s degree in Project Management, Business Administration, Computer Science, Organizational Leadership, or related field.
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office products-Excel, Word, Outlook
  • Attention to detail, multi-tasking and broad communication skills are essential
  • Organized, interest in a career in Software (non-coding)
