2024 Program Assistant

Description

The Extension Summer Intern will work primarily on fair related activities.  The intern will field client questions in person, by phone, by email, and social media messaging.  They will work with the office manager and educators to facilitate summer 4-H programming.  

Responsibilities

Applicants should be comfortable working with the public, be organized and resourceful.  Applicants may be required to utilize their personal vehicle (with mileage reimbursed) for collecting supplies or other errands.  They should be familiar or willing to learn the 4HOnline and FairEntry platforms and should have basic social media skills to manage the office Facebook and Instagram accounts.
