VicTory 4 Kidz is dedicated to providing fun, educational, and engaging experiences for children. Our summer camp focuses on careers in healthcare, personal growth, teamwork, and creativity through structured activities in a supportive environment.

Responsibilities

We are seeking three enthusiastic and responsible Summer Camp Coordinator Interns to assist in the planning and execution of our summer camp program. This is an excellent opportunity for individuals interested in education, recreation, or child development to gain hands-on experience.
Key Responsibilities:
 Assist in organizing, supervising, and leading daily camp activities.
 Ensure a safe and inclusive environment for all campers.
 Support camp staff with administrative tasks and logistics.
 Communicate effectively with campers, parents, and staff.
 Help coordinate special events, field trips, and enrichment activities.
 Manage camp materials and ensure activity areas are clean and organized.
 Address minor behavioral or safety concerns with guidance from senior staff.

Qualifications

Qualifications:
 Must be a sophomore or junior in college.
 Currently pursuing or interested in healthcare, social work, education, recreation, child development, or a related field.
 Prior experience working with children is preferred but not required.
 Strong communication and leadership skills.
 Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
 CPR and First Aid certification (or willingness to obtain before camp begins) is a plus.
