Description

Levisonics is a medical device startup that is dedicated to improving the lives of patients by developing innovative blood coagulation testing platforms that can perform coagulation analysis with a single drop of blood using acoustic levitation. Our mission is to provide healthcare professionals with accurate and reliable diagnostic tools that help them make informed decisions and improve patient outcomes.

We are seeking a Computer Science intern that is able to engage in software development and data processing projects that support Levisonics’ medical device platforms. Interns will contribute to coding tasks, system integration, and software-hardware interaction. The role is designed to be flexible and broad, offering exposure to startup operations and the intersection of software and healthcare technology. Interns will collaborate with engineers and gain experience working on technical challenges that evolve with the needs of the product.

Responsibilities

  • Assist with software development and debugging

  • Support data collection and processing workflows

  • Collaborate with engineers on system integration

  • Document code and contribute to team discussions

Qualifications

  • Enrolled in a Computer Science or related program

  • Interest in coding and healthcare innovation

  • Comfortable working in a startup environment

  • Strong communication and documentation skills
