Lead Leasing Intern

Description

This internship offers a strong experiential learning opportunity by placing students in a real-world leasing agent role where they actively engage with prospective tenants, conduct property tours, and assist with lease agreements. Through hands-on responsibilities, students will develop practical skills in sales, professional communication, customer service, negotiation, and problem-solving, while also gaining exposure to property management operations. The position encourages learning through direct interaction with clients and day-to-day business processes rather than observation alone. Responsibilities

Interns will assist with leasing operations by communicating with prospective tenants and collaborating closely with the leasing team. Qualifications

We are seeking candidates who are currently enrolled in a college program focused on real estate, business management, or a closely related discipline.
