Description
Interns in construction and maintenance will participate in a hands-on learning experience designed to build practical, job-ready skills in the trades. Responsibilities
Intern responsibilities include assisting skilled tradespeople with daily construction and maintenance tasks while learning and applying foundational trade skills such as carpentry, painting, repairs, and general upkeep. Interns will follow established safety procedures, maintain a clean and organized work environment, and support routine property maintenance, inspections, and repair projects. Under supervision, they will gain experience using tools and equipment and work collaboratively with team members to complete tasks efficiently and on schedule, building practical skills that prepare them for future employment in construction and maintenance.
Qualifications
Candidates must be currently enrolled in a college or university and pursuing a degree or coursework related to construction, maintenance, or a closely related field. A strong interest in hands-on work, willingness to learn, and ability to work effectively as part of a team are essential.
