Description
TeenWorks Summer Assistant Supervisors assist the Summer Supervisors in managing and implementing all aspects of the TeenWorks Summer Programming, including Professional Development. The TeenWorks Assistant Supervisor will help oversee 10-13 teens during the summer program.
Responsibilities
Work alongside teens
Serve as a professional mentor
Provide daily coaching and positive influence
Manage, report, and document any incidents and/or behavioral concerns
Help prep for professional development curriculum
Help monitor a group of 10-13 teens
Qualifications
Must be at least 20 years of age
Minimum of 2 years in college
Must pass a background check
