The Role

We are seeking a dynamic Supply Chain Intern to join our team and contribute to the optimization of our supply chain operations. This internship offers a hands-on opportunity to engage with various facets of the supply chain, including purchasing, warehousing, and logistics. The ideal candidate will collaborate with cross-functional teams, gain valuable experience, and drive efficiency while working on a project that directly influences our business's success.

Responsibilities

Collaborate with the purchasing department to assist in sourcing materials, evaluating suppliers, and maintaining inventory levels to meet operational needs.
Support warehouse management by ensuring accurate inventory counts, organizing storage, and optimizing space utilization.
Assist in logistics coordination, including transportation arrangements, delivery schedules, and tracking shipments to ensure timely and cost-effective delivery.
Analyze supply chain data to identify areas for improvement, cost reduction opportunities, and operational enhancements.
Collaborate with mentors and team members to gain insights into supply chain management best practices and industry trends.

Qualifications

Education – Pursuing a degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business Administration, or a related field.
Certifications – NA
Professional Experience – 0-3 years of experience
Additional Requirements:

Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite, particularly Excel and PowerPoint.
Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data.
Proactive mindset with a strong desire to learn and contribute innovative ideas
