The Position:

We are seeking a motivated and ambitious individual to join our team as a Sales and Marketing Intern. This internship offers an excellent opportunity to gain practical experience in sales and marketing within the staffing industry. The selected candidate will work closely with our sales and marketing team to support various initiatives aimed at driving business growth and expanding our client base.

Responsibilities

The Duties:

• Assist with the development and implementation of sales and marketing strategies to attract new clients and retain existing ones.
• Conduct market research and analysis to identify potential target industries, clients, and market trends.
• Review and audit sales data in our CRM.
• Assist in creating marketing collateral, including presentations, brochures, and promotional materials.
• Support the management of social media platforms and online marketing campaigns to increase brand visibility and engagement.
• Assist with lead generation activities, including cold calling, email outreach, and networking events.
• Coordinate with the sales team to schedule client meetings, presentations, and follow-up activities.
• Assist in preparing sales proposals, contracts, and other documentation as needed.
• Collaborate with team members to brainstorm ideas and strategies for sales and marketing initiatives.
• Monitor and analyze the performance of sales and marketing activities and provide recommendations for improvement.
• Provide administrative support to the sales and marketing team, including data entry, file organization, and meeting coordination.

• A proactive and results-oriented mindset with a willingness to learn, grow and question how things are done to make better.
• Pursuing a degree in business a plus.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) is a plus.
• Familiarity with social media platforms and digital marketing tools is a plus.
