The Position:

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented individual to join our team as a Professional and Industrial Staffing Operations Intern. This internship offers an excellent opportunity to gain hands-on experience in the dynamic field of staffing and human resources. The selected candidate will work closely with our staffing operations team to support various aspects of the recruitment and talent acquisition process.

Responsibilities

The Duties:

  • Assist with candidate sourcing and screening using our applicant tracking systems (ATS).
  • Coordinate interview schedules and communicate with candidates to ensure a smooth recruitment process.
  • Update and maintain candidate databases and ATS.
  • Conduct initial candidate assessments and assist with the evaluation of candidate qualifications.
  • Support the onboarding process for new hires, including paperwork completion and orientation logistics.
  • Assist with administrative tasks related to staffing operations, such as organizing job fairs, preparing recruitment materials, and drafting job postings.
  • Attend community events to represent Morales Group as an ambassador.
  • Investigate and report upon Employer Branding Techniques as they relate to AI and Bot functionality within platforms (LinkedIn/Indeed) and present additional technology that can be leveraged by an agency.
  • Investigate and report upon Top Trends within the HR Outsourcing Space – both on the employer and agency side of talent acquisition.
  • Research and report on the most in-demand low to medium skilled position that will be created as a result of AI enhancements.
  • Identify those skill sets and create candidate profile for future use of skill-marketing those candidates.
  • Identify best-practices for KPI of Client Engagement – NPS and Recruitment metrics.
  • Collaborate with team members to optimize recruitment strategies and improve overall efficiency.
  • Contribute to special projects and initiatives aimed at enhancing our staffing processes and candidate experience.

Qualifications

The Qualities:

  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  • Familiarity with applicant tracking systems (ATS) and other recruitment software is a plus.
  • A proactive and self-motivated attitude with a willingness to learn and take on new challenges.
