Internship Position Title: The title of the internship includes a descriptive keyword and the semester for the position.

Description: The organization biography is short, and includes the necessary information for students to understand what Indiana INTERNnet does. The description includes a start and end date, also indicating the dates are flexible. There are clear instructions for how to apply, what to submit and when the deadline is. Contact information is provided at the end of the description.

Responsibilities: The list of responsibilities is bulleted and well organized. The list does not overwhelm the reader with every possible duty, but lists what the intern will be doing the majority of the time.

Qualifications: The qualifications are bulleted, and the required skills are listed. However, something seems to be missing: the required/preferred education background is not listed. In this case it is not an issue, because this position is open to all majors and education levels. However, you should consider including that information in the posting. “This position is open to all majors and education levels, as long as you meet the following requirements.” Then list the required skills that are needed to fulfill the position’s responsibilities and the desired skills that aren’t required.
