TeenWorks Supervisor - Summer 2023

Description

TeenWorks Summer Supervisors are responsible for managing and implementing all TeenWorks Summer Programming and the delivery of Professional Development. The TeenWorks Summer Supervisor will oversee 10-13 teens and will be responsible for their team throughout the summer program.

Responsibilities

Facilitate coordination of work responsibilities with worksite partners on a daily basis

Transport teens to and from worksites

Work with program partners to identify and secure necessary equipment, instructional supplies, and other materials when necessary

Ensure worksite conditions and activities align with TeenWorks standards and mission

Work alongside teens

Serve as a professional mentor 

Provide daily coaching and positive influence

Manage, report, and document any incidents and/or behavioral concerns

Qualifications

Must be at least 25 years of age

Have a Bachelors degree

Must pass a background check

Must have a valid driver's license and clean driving history
