HR Internship

Description

Intertech Products is a dynamic growth company serving the automotive/transportation and industrial packaging industries. The HR Intern will work with a team of two additional HR members serving an employee base averaging 96/month. The training will be conducted one-on-one with regards to the HRIS system, employee engagement, attendance tracking, strategic planning, and recruiting. This individual will need to complete HIPPA training. 

Responsibilities

The HR Intern will assist with reviewing applications, scheduling interviews, completing personnel records, tracking attendance, preparing SWOT for strategic planning, and assisting with employee benefit paperwork. 

Qualifications

The ideal candidate will have excellent communication and organizational skills, comfortable with public speaking, a firm understanding of Microsoft 365.
