In this role, you will not only assist with customer interactions but also work on building a new marketing plan and refining the sales process. Responsibilities

1. Customer Engagement:

   • Engage with customers to understand their furniture preferences and assist in guiding their selections.
   • Leverage customer interactions to gather feedback and insights for improving the sales process and marketing strategies.

2. Product Knowledge:

   • Develop a comprehensive understanding of our furniture products, materials, design features, and benefits.
   • Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to create compelling product content for use in marketing materials.

3. Sales Process Development:

   • Work closely with the sales team to identify areas for process improvement and efficiency.
   • Contribute ideas and strategies for enhancing the customer's journey from initial contact to purchase.

4. Marketing Plan Development:

   • Assist in the development of a comprehensive marketing plan, including both online and offline strategies.
   • Conduct research on target audiences, competitors, and industry trends to inform the marketing plan.

5. Content Creation:

   • Help generate marketing content, such as blog posts, social media updates, and email campaigns, to support the marketing plan.
   • Collaborate with the marketing team to create engaging, visually appealing content that showcases our furniture products.

6. Customer Service:

   • Ensure a positive shopping experience by addressing customer inquiries, concerns, and resolving any issues promptly.
   • Gather customer feedback and insights to help refine the sales process and marketing strategies.

Qualifications

• Currently enrolled in a degree program related to marketing, business, or a related field.
• Strong interest in marketing, sales, and the home decor industry.
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Basic computer skills for content creation and data analysis.
• Enthusiastic, motivated, and eager to learn.
• Night and weekend availability for a part-time internship.
• Reliable, punctual, and committed to the goals of the internship.
