This position is 40 hours per week and pays $15.30 per hour. Review of applications will begin March 16th and continue until the position is filled.

Responsibilities

Once here you will:

  • Receive training on CMMS and Building Control Systems
  • Update capital asset information in our CMMS system and provide condition assessments with the guidance of the Facilities Manager.
  • Contact and meet with vendors to complete work orders
  • Implement a tool tracking system
  • Assist with inventory, scheduling, and purchase order processing
  • Hands on work with groundskeeping, custodial, and maintenance staff to learn various aspects of their job
  • Complete OSHA 30 General Industry Certification Training
  • Support department staff in daily operations.

Qualifications

  • Driver’s license required
  • Comfortable using hand tools and ladders
  • Comfortable using Internet, Microsoft Office, Google Suite, and Windows and Mac OS
  • Community-minded
  • Exercise initiative, be enthusiastic, creative, flexible, energetic, value diversity, and possess a sense of humor 
  • Bilingual (Spanish) preferred
